HY-F-B Capsule Ink Filter Description
1. The actual surface area of the HY-F-B ink filter in the filtration process reaches 1600 mm2. Most of the filtered media remains on the surface of the filter material, so the larger the filter area, the more media can be accommodated, and the longer the life of the filter.
2. Imported filter element: The imported stainless steel filter mesh is used to filter tiny particles in the ink and protect the printhead. With its mesh size of 30 microns, it can effectively remove all the impurities from the ink to preserve ink cleanliness, so no harmful particles get into the print head. In this way, the life of the print head can be prolonged effectively.
3. High-precision filtration: different precisions are targeted at different inks, accurately filtering the fine impurities in the ink. The maximum particle size of 5 ¦Ìm is allowed to pass through when the solution containing impurities passes through the ink filter HY-F-B.
4. Corrosion-resistant material: made of corrosion-resistant material, with acid, alkali, and chemical corrosion resistance.
5. Tight interface: The threaded interface is tighter, effectively preventing the printhead from leaking and breaking the ink.
