2L UV Ink Tank for Bulk Ink System Description
This UV ink tank is purpose-built for CMYK ink used in UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. Constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials, it ensures long-lasting performance even in harsh printing environments. The transparent tank body allows for easy ink level monitoring and quick maintenance.
Each tank is pre-equipped with a liquid level sensor and cable for real-time ink tracking. Optional features such as a stirring motor, inline filter, float mechanism, or alarm board can be added to enhance ink management and ensure continuous, uninterrupted ink flow.
Ideal for Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) integration or printer retrofitting, this tank supports stable ink delivery and precise pressure regulation. It effectively prevents ink starvation and printhead clogging during long production runs. Compatible with all standard UV inks, including CMYK and varnish.
