The Epson I3200/I1600/4720 ink damper heated fixed frame is designed to provide consistent and efficient temperature control for ink dampers, ensuring optimal performance during printing operations. The fixed frame features quick preheating, taking just about 5 minutes to reach an ideal temperature of 45¡ãC on the surface, while the ink damper inside remains at a stable 25¡ãC.
Once the temperature reaches 45¡ãC, the heating process automatically halts, and the system continues to maintain a steady temperature cycle, cooling down slightly before resuming heating. This continuous, constant-temperature heating helps maintain ink flow consistency and prevents ink coagulation, leading to higher print quality and fewer maintenance issues.
