Epson T3200 Printhead Description
The T3200-U3 (¡°T3200¡±) enables high-quality, four-color CMYK printing simultaneously at high speeds from a single printhead. In addition, adding a heater to the print head enables printing even with high-viscosity UV ink, thus providing the best digital printing environment, especially for printing signage and product packaging.
The T3200-U3 easily enables printers to deliver outstanding print quality in four-color CMYK from a single printhead. Typically, a pair of two-color printheads must be combined to print with four-color ink. However, the T3200 can spray four CMYK colors from a single printhead.
In addition, the precision-machined positioning mechanism will save customers time, trouble, and money while delivering high-quality prints because customers do not need to design a mechanism that determines printhead spacing or make adjustments during installation.
The I3200 has an effective print width of 33.8 mm (1.33 inches), while the T3200 and T1600 have almost twice that, at 67.2 mm (2.65 inches). Additionally, the T3200 and T1600 have a different type of piezoelectric actuator than the I3200, capable of ejecting larger droplets at a higher frequency. This helps speed up printing without compromising the high image quality and ease of installation the I3200 is known for.
