The Kyocera KJ4A-AA06ATZ-DL1V-4A is an advanced UV-compatible industrial printhead engineered for high-precision and wide-format inkjet printing. With its 108 mm print width, a small number of printheads can easily achieve wide-format coverage, minimizing alignment complexity and simplifying ink piping and wiring layouts.
Operating at a maximum drive frequency of 20 kHz, this printhead delivers exceptional image sharpness and consistency with a 3 picoliter drop size at speeds up to 50 m/min. It is suitable for a broad range of industrial printing applications, including labels, packaging, signage, and graphics, particularly those requiring UV-curable or other high-viscosity inks.
The integrated microfilter system effectively removes impurities from the ink, while the built-in heater stabilizes temperature-related viscosity changes, ensuring smooth and uniform jetting.
