Starfire 1024MC Printhead Description
The SG1024/MC printhead features 1024 independent channels, arranged in 8 rows on a single nozzle plate, enabling resolutions up to 400 dpi. This StarFire SG1024 Ceramic printhead is compatible with oil-based ceramic inks and maintenance fluids.
Fujifilm Dimatix¡¯s innovative VersaDrop technology enables a single printhead to produce multiple fixed drop sizes in binary mode while also offering grayscale capability, all without compromising productivity. In binary mode, the SG1024 1C Ceramic printheads can eject adjustable drop sizes ranging from 26 to 65 picoliters and support user-defined grayscale levels through control electronics.
The StarFire? SG1024/MC is a durable, compact unit specifically designed for the demanding conditions of industrial ceramics production. Built with field-tested materials, it ensures reliable performance and a long service life. Featuring continuous ink recirculation and single-color operation, it achieves a resolution of 400 dpi from 1024 independent channels arranged in eight rows on a single, replaceable metal nozzle plate, which is engineered to resist abrasion.
