Toshiba CE4M Printhead Description
The Toshiba TEC CE4M on-demand piezoelectric inkjet printhead is engineered for industrial applications requiring high print quality. Unlike traditional binary printheads, this advanced grayscale printhead can jet multiple drops within a single dot, achieving 16 levels of gray. Each dot is formed using ink volumes ranging from a minimum of 5 picoliters to a maximum of 35 picoliters, ensuring precise dot placement and reliable jetting. It features water circulation thermal control for maintaining stability.
Compatible with UV-curable and oil-based inks, the Toshiba CE4M features four ink inlet ports and a chassis with an integrated water channel and full sealing for effortless temperature control.
